Adriana Polo is a music writer from Salento. She lived in Bologna for many years, working and studying. Later she moved to San Francisco where she began writing songs inspired from her life and experiences.
She moved back to Lecce in Salento two years and a half later. She started again to live her homeland, to taste it, finding a new herself and letting the smells and the flavours astound her, viewing everything with new lenses.
The 10th of July her first album was published, "Mani" (hands), published by Workin' Label for the I.R.D. distribution. "Mani" is a collection written along the years, telling of the most important stages of her life.
The trip and the changing are the connecting rings of her songs, which were inspired by the pleasure of the traveling and the return.
